The set includes 5 measuring cups: ⅛ Cup (30ml), ¼ Cup (60ml), ⅓ Cup (80ml) & ½ Cup (125ml), 1 Cup (250ml) plus 5 measuring spoons: ¼ Tsp(1.25ml), ½ Tsp(2.5ml), 1 Tsp(5ml), ½ Tbsp(7.5ml), 1 Tbsp(15ml), The spoons and measuring cups nest on top of each other in two stacks when stored as they are being held together by a detachable binding ring.
